1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you disagree, stop using the site.
2. Nature of the Site
The site is a product-display and business-inquiry platform. Content (images, specifications, cases, copy) is for reference only and constitutes no offer, commitment or warranty; transactions are governed by separate written contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Trademarks (MetaGrav, Zhejiang MetaGrav and device marks), copy, images, layout and code belong to Zhejiang MetaGrav Technology Co., Ltd.; reproduction, mirroring or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Third-party model names and logos (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, etc.) belong to their owners and are used only for descriptive compatibility.
4. User Conduct
You must not crawl, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer or security-test the site without authorisation; upload unlawful or malicious content; disrupt operation; or submit inquiries under false identity.
5. Product Information & Export Control
Specifications are laboratory or typical values subject to delivery acceptance; we may update them without notice. Certain UAV items may be subject to the PRC Export Control Law and destination-country regulations; cross-border transactions require export licensing and compliance review, and site display is not an exportability commitment.
6. Third-Party Services
Inquiry delivery (FormSubmit/Formspree), maps, embedded video and PrimeAPI Hub (apicheapton.com) are provided independently by third parties; we assist reasonably but are not liable for their outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you directly paid us (if any) or RMB 1,000, whichever is higher.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for interruption caused by natural disasters, war, strikes, government acts, telecom failures or cyberattacks, but will use reasonable efforts to restore service.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the PRC. Disputes shall first be negotiated; failing that, either party may file suit with the competent court in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
